Instructors for flight training on T-28 Trojan and T-6 TexanFred started flying over thirty years ago. After graduating from Michigan Tech University with a degree in mechanical engineering, he entered the United States Air Force where he flew the T-37, T-38, KC-135, KC-10, U-2 and A-10. Fred was an active competition aerobatic pilot for several years. He competed in the unlimited category and flew a variety of aerobatic aircraft including Pitts Specials, Yaks, Extras, Sukhois and Edges. Fred is a 737 captain for a major airline. When he is not flying for the airlines or instructing in warbirds, you might find him flying a gyrocopter, helicopter, glider or seaplane. Fred is qualified in many popular warbirds including the T-34, BT-13, T-6, T-28 and L-29. Fred instructs in the T-6 and T-28.
